We now offer Servers in three different Grades, from the Small Office / Home Office sector up and the SMB and Enterprise Models we have the right server for every application. Currently we only offer a 24hour/1 business-day replacement warranty on our hardware. If you need a higher support level than this we can set you up with a Hardware provider that can offer equally reliable Hardware with extended Service options, however these offers usually are considerably more expensive. All our system come with lifetime free phone diagnostics for hardware problems. Each of our three hardware platforms is tailored to a specific application scenario. If you need Enterprise reliability you should get Enterprise hardware and Enterprise Support. If Vicidial is just a covenient tool for you in your small company, the vicidial Express Box (vicibox) should be sufficient. If you need a multi system setup but do not want to or can not spend the Money for Enterprise Hardware, the SMB Series should be right for you.
